Emma is the CEO and co-founder of Aestheticá Uluwatu, bringing nearly four years of experience as the manager and advanced cosmetic injector at Aestheticá Byron Bay. Emma used her drive, determination and perfectionism to manifest a clinic which offers the high quality of Aestheticá Byron Bay within Bali.
Emma is a Registered Nurse and Midwife for over fifteen years, an advanced cosmetic injector and one of Allergan’s premium members, Emma attends ongoing innovative training and conferences internationaly, and holds a dedicated client base.
Emma’s care is holistic, honest and natural backed by expert knowledge brought to life through her personable and kind nature.
Qualified with Allergan, Dermemedical and Dermaviduals, she is experienced in Botox, Dermal fillers, PROFHILO, Rejuran, complex consultations , PRP and PDO threads. Emma holds a BSC Hons in Midwifery and has cared for many women during pregnancy and birth. As a passionate advocate for Women’s Health, Emma has a deep understanding of hormones, pregnancy and lactation.
Always approachable and nurturing, Emma remains dedicated to her clients in both Byron Bay and Bali, ensuring they receive exceptional care and attention.

Proud of her hand picked team of doctors, nurses and dermal therapists, Emma has provided the clinic Doctors training in Australia to ensure the highest standard of cosmetic skill and care possible.
Our founders are available for in depth consultations, feedback and always approachable in and out of clinic. However, it is illegal for western medical professionals to practice in Indonesia.

Alexa is the visionary founder of Aestheticá, Byron Bay, Australia, renowned for creating the luxury, calming environment that defines the clinic. As a registered nurse, Advanced Cosmetic Injector and AHPRA member with over a decade of nursing experience, Alexa is deeply passionate about skin health and helping individuals feel happy and confident in their own skin.
With extensive training in Cosmetic Injectables, she is qualified by both Galderma/QMed, Allergan and Dermaviduals. Alexa is skilled in the art of Botox, Dermal Filler, Profhilo, Rejuran, Complex consultation, the aging face, threads and PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy. As a proud Allergan delegate, Alexa attends ongoing innovative training and conferences internationally and believes in the philosophy of “less is more,” taking a holistic approach to enhance her clients’ natural beauty.
Alexa holds a loyal client base she has carried from the beginning of Aestheticá’s inception.
A proud mother of two, Alexa is known for her calm, welcoming demeanour and fosters an environment where her clients and staff are made to feel relaxed, comfortable and confident in her hands.

Alexa has provided our Doctors training in Australia, and shared her staff trainers from Byron Bay to ensure the highest standard of cosmetic, dermal skill and care possible.

With over seven years of medical experience, she seamlessly combines her artistic eye with advanced non-surgical facial procedures in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Certified by leading organisations such as Allergan, Dermaviduals, Vivacy, and Aptos, Dr. Anastasia is skilled in a variety of treatments, including Botox, Dermal fillers, Rejuran, Profhilo, PRP, and PDO threads. Her philosophy centers on restoring and rejuvenating her patients’ natural radiance while respecting and enhancing their unique features and proportions.

With over six years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Monica has established herself as a skilled practitioner in dermatology and holistic healing. Having worked and trained in the top dermal clinics in Indonesia, Monica has developed a deep understanding of skin health and specialises in the treatment of Acne.
Monica’s educational background is extensive. She has been a business owner herself, and she holds a 3rd level skin care certification from Irma Institute, making her one of the few legally recognised beauticians in Indonesia. Additionally, she has completed both Basic and Advanced Beauty Aesthetic Courses at Satu Visi Health Training Institute, as well as Traditional and Swedish Massage training at Erlin Estetika Internasional Institute. Currently, she is pursuing an acupuncture course to further enhance her skills.
Guided by her philosophy, ‘Traditional Way Based on Science’, Monica believes in the power of traditional beauty practices validated through scientific evidence.
You can feel her extensive knowledge in massage during her facials. She is committed to providing the best treatments, blending age-old techniques with modern insights.

With over 5 years of nursing experience, Krisna brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. Having worked internationally in Saudi Arabia, and within Indonesia assisting in cosmetic procedures and IV therapy, honing skills that combine medical precision with an eye for beauty.
Krisna is highly trained in dermal therapy, facial treatments, microneedling, PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) – ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care and expertise. Although Krishna can not legally undertake prp or microneddling in Indonesia, this wealth of experience & knowledge is valuable for patient care and assisting our DR's. As an emergency-trained nurse with a strong background in resuscitation and anaphylaxis management, Krisna brings an added layer of safety and confidence to every treatment.
Additionally, Krisna has a unique blend of experience in both pediatric and adult dentistry, further showcasing her versatility and dedication to patient comfort and satisfaction.
Known for her warm, approachable demeanor, Krisna takes pride in making every patient feel confident and beautiful, while providing personalised, professional care. A qualified chiropractor and acupuncturist, Gusti combines his extensive healthcare knowledge with his experience as a hospitality manager to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you meet him.
Eager to understand every customer’s experience, he celebrates the joy of working alongside a passionate and knowledgeable team. As a husband and father, Gusti balances his professional commitments with a rich family life.
In addition to his professional roles, Gusti is highly respected and regarded as the village priest in Singaraja, which adds a meaningful dimension to his work at Aestheticá Uluwatu. He deeply appreciates the beautiful Balinese culture, fostering a sense of community and connection within the team. With Gusti, you’ll find a compassionate leader dedicated to enhancing every experience while honoring the cultural heritage that surrounds him.

Charlotte serves as Aestheticá’s trainer for the dermal therapists in Uluwatu. She has dedicated time to training our dermal and beauty therapy team, ensuring they deliver impeccable service that reflects the high standards of Aestheticá in Byron Bay.
Charlotte comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Originally from Wellington, New Zealand, managing premium clinics in Melbourne, and our clinic Byron Bay.
She has a passion for skin and Dermal therapy and valuable insight into all Aspects of running a busy clinic and treating difficult skin conditions. Customising and tailoring treatments depending on clients health and needs was a strong focus of hers.
Incorporating holistic therapies which aligns with her philosophy for life. Charlotte believes your internal health, mind body and soul reflects your external world. Her focus is on Restoring and preserving the skin whilst connecting with her clients to truly understand their focus and goals.
Training with Dermaviduals long before she started with Aestheticà, Charlotte is the perfect trainer and support system for our staff. Charlotte is a firm believer in the way Dermaviduals customises, supports and adapts to the skin whilst protecting and preserving the skin barrier.
